Dillon Ross

Dillon Ross is a Director at RIPCO Real Estate, focusing on retail tenant and landlord representation across New York City and surrounding markets. Since joining RIPCO in 2023, Dillon has quickly built a reputation for hustle, creativity, and execution, closing over 40 retail lease transactions in his first two years with the firm.

He represents a diverse and growing roster of tenants, including Wonder, Zazu, Bareburger, Alidoro, Luke’s Lobster, Tipsy Scoop, Subway, Popeyes, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cool Sips, H&H Bagels, and Mint. Dillon partners closely with tenants to drive multi-unit rollouts, market strategy, and site selection, helping brands grow with intention across urban and suburban markets.

He has also completed transactions with many of the region’s most well-known landlords and developers, including SL Green, Tishman Speyer, Regency Centers, The Durst Organization, Related, Brixmor, The Feil Organization, Olshan Properties, BLDG, Time Equities, Breslin Realty, Sonesta International Hotels, Midwood, A&H Acquisitions Corp, Empire State Realty Trust, Wharton Properties, and the MTA, among others. His collaborative approach and understanding of both sides of the deal help drive long-term value for his clients.

Before RIPCO, Dillon began his real estate career at The Corcoran Group, focusing on residential sales and leasing. His foundation in hospitality—gained through his early work at his family’s business, David Alan Caterers—instilled in him a client-first mindset, operational rigor, and a deep appreciation for how great brands connect with their audience.

A Livingston, New Jersey native, Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
