Jeffrey Rosbash

Jeffrey Rosbash joined RIPCO in March 2022 as the Director of NYC & Metro Markets, where he focuses on retail and office leasing.

Previously, Jeffrey was a Managing Director in Savills New York office, responsible for exclusively representing office tenants with their commercial real estate needs. Jeff returned to the industry following an early retirement to pursue his passion of helping mentally and physically challenged adolescents, and joined Savills in 2019 to build on his successful 15 – year real estate career.

His clients primarily include financial institutions, luxury brands and law firms, and he has served Newmark and Marcus & Millichap as both a tenant leader and buyer’s advocate. He ascended to director of Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office and played a pivotal role in growing its New York office. Jeff is immersed in the commercial real estate industry, and brings the benefit of his established industry connections, long-term market-knowledge and experience across market cycles to provide his clients with exceptional real estate advice and solutions.

His industry recognition includes receiving Tishman Speyer’s Dealmakers Award for seven consecutive years. Jeff was also recognized as Associate Director of The Year for two consecutive years at Newmark.

Jeffrey holds a dual masters from LIU in general & special education – 2012, and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in Television, Radio & Film – 1996.
