Joanne Argenti, Vice Chairman, joined RIPCO in 1993 and specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, focusing her efforts mostly on Long Island and the Outer Boroughs.
Joanne has over three decades of experience in the retail real estate industry. Joanne’s tenant representation past and present include notable retailers such as TD Bank, Big Lots, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Shake Shack, Xponential Fitness Brands (Pure Barre, AKT, Stretch lab, Cycle Bar, Row House, Rumble Boxing, Yoga Six, Club Pilates, BFT, and Stride), Chase Bank, Hand and Stone, Altice, Auto Zone, Dollar Tree and others.
As an ownership representative, Joanne’s has worked with many prominent landlords including, Kimco Realty, Regency Centers, First Washington Realty, RPAI, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Kite Realty, Lerner Properties, Metro Capital Holdings, Phoenix Organization as well as many local landlords.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Joanne worked as assistant to the Vice President at Kimco Realty for six years.
Joanne is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
