Joseph AmecAngelo

Joseph AmecAngelo joined RIPCO in 2025 as Executive Vice President, specializing in tenant representation and advisory services across the U.S. and Canada.

With a strong track record in dealmaking and client advocacy, Joseph has successfully represented local entrepreneurs, regional and national chains, landlords, and developers. He currently serves as the exclusive national master broker for AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care, Fit Body Boot Camp, The MAX Challenge, Paris Baguette, The Salt Suit, and Voodoo Brewery. Additionally, he is a preferred broker for Goddard Systems/School and Lightbridge Academy. His expertise also extends to mergers and acquisitions, where he has structured growth strategies for The Fitness Company, a multi-location health and fitness chain, and negotiated the sale of four clubs to independent owners.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Joseph served as First Vice President with CBRE, where he partnered with his wife, Patricia AmecAngelo, on a retail-focused team. His career also includes roles at Sitar Realty Company and RJ Brunelli & Co., where he gained extensive experience in the retail sector. With over 23 years of experience as a business owner, he brings firsthand insight into retail operations.

Joseph received a Master of Science in Sports Medicine at the United States Sports Academy and graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science, Business Economics. He also held an Internship in Sports Medicine at Yale University.
