Patricia joined RIPCO in 2025 as Executive Vice President, offering advisory and transaction services in retail. Patti has more than 15 years’ experience in both shopping center and tenant representation on a national level. She is knowledgeable in all the facets of the retail lifestyle and focuses her extensive expertise on site selection, market analysis and site development.
Patricia has completed over 50 national Gas Convenient sites (including WAWA & 7-Eleven) throughout Pennsylvania, Florida, and New Jersey, and successfully negotiated several deals for national retailers throughout the country. Patricia has facilitated numerous sales and purchase acquisitions, including but not limited to investment properties and mixed-use projects. Patricia specializes in multi market expansion for retailers placing corporate and franchises in new locations.
Prior to coming to RIPCO, Patti worked for CBRE, RJ Brunelli and VRI Commercial. Patti, along side her husband, Joseph AmecAngelo, owned and operated several Health Clubs throughout New Jersey.
Patricia graduated from Brookdale Community College and the American College of Sports Medicine.
