Stephen R. Preuss Sr. is Vice Chairman within the investment sales group at RIPCO Real Estate, where he specializes in investment sales and capital markets for the New York Metropolitan area. He joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2021 as the top-producing investment sales broker in Queens and one of the leading capital market producers in NYC. Stephen’s team includes highly experienced members, comprising several partners and senior brokers with expertise in the NY Tri-State markets and skilled marketing and analytical professionals.
Over his 20-year career and tenure at RIPCO, he has led the investment sales group to an impressive track record with nearly $8.8 billion in investment and commercial real estate transactions. Stephen’s team exclusively handles over 100 listings annually while consistently performing more than 500 property valuations per year.
Stephen contributes significantly to multiple major publications, including Commercial Observer and The Real Deal, among several other regional and national outlets. Additionally, he regularly speaks and participates as a panelist on several prestigious forums, including the Commercial Observer, BISNOW, and Queens Chamber of Commerce. Stephen serves as an executive board member of the Queens Chamber of Commerce and contributes to several other not-for-profit organizations, including the Long Island City Partnership, the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Business Association, and the Chinese American Planning Council.
