MANGO, the global fashion retailer based in Barcelona, is set to open a 13,000-square-foot store at 1976 Broadway, at 67th Street near Lincoln Center. This marks Mango’s fourth Manhattan location, part of a decade-long U.S. expansion that includes the 2022 flagship launch at 711 Fifth Avenue, which was arranged by Gene Spiegelman, RIPCO Vice Chairman & Principal.
Daniel Lopez, Mango’s Director of Expansion and Franchises, said in a statement:
“We are thrilled to continue executing on our expansion plans by increasing our footprint in New York City, one of the most important fashion locations in the world. This opening reaffirms our deep commitment to the U.S. market, a fundamental pillar in our global strategy, as well as the positive reception of our differential value proposition by our customers in the U.S., a key market that is experiencing double-digit growth.”
Congratulations to the RIPCO team who executed the transaction for the landlord, Millennium Partners: Gene Spiegelman, Vice Chairman and Principal; Doug Kleiman, Executive Managing Director, and Morgan Singer, Managing Director.
